This tube looks like a nice place for rats and rodents to crawl into, but there is a trap waiting for them. Simply add some bait into one end, and set and insert the metal spring trap at the other end. The rats and rodents have to climb through the spring trap to get the the food? Once they touch the trigger on the trap… it sets off and they are done for!
